Almost there...

Tomorrow is the big day! The Artful Blogging publication will hit the newsstands. So many wonderful bloggers in there. I am proud to be one of them. Feeling the buzz growing in blogland with more and more posts as people get their hands on this fun issue. Welcome to all the new folks that stop by my blog. Hope you enjoy your visit! Also a reminder that everyone is invited to my Artful Blogger party a week from tomorrow, Wednesday, August 8th here on my blog! Details here, more to come. Always up to something in ArtsyMama's house. Here's my latest. I feel a lot of new things brewing inside. Want to shake things up a bit and try some new things with my art. Love this recent post from Anahata. She is so inspiring!! She said, "For me this is always the beginning of a new year. I feel especially as if I am reviewing things. Making mental notes. Visioning for the future. I feel a sense of freshness and some staleness that has to go. This is my regeneration time...I feel new directions budding and new desires." I feel the same way right now. Who knows where it will lead... New wallpaper packs are available in Donna's etsy shop. That's always something to get excited about! She gets her sweet little hands on the most amazing wallpaper...and shares it with us!! Wohoo! Starting to use these already in my collages. They're fabulous!

Have a great day!

It's already out at my nearby Barnes & Noble, cause I bought a copy Sunday afternoon and spent a nice hour perusing all the beautiful articles and pictures within!

I love all of your latest creations...do you mind sharing your source for the cute "hangers" you used for your collages? (as if I really NEEDED to buy another thing!)

You've been busy Kari :-) I'm enjoying having a peep at your new creations.
I did receive my pre-ordered copy of Artful Blogging this morning and had to be extra disciplined NOT to abandon my computer and the task at hand (I'm freelancing at home) and go sit in the sun with this beautiful and inspiring publication. But I took a wee break and leafed through it: it's even better than I expected!!!

Thank you Kari! I love those collages in your first photo. They remind me of my 6x12 canvases. I've really been enjoying that cool vertical format. You've done a lovely job as usual. Glad you're cooking right along!

Congratulations on the magazine! I just got my copy and found you again through it. (gonna bookmark you this time) I was sooooo sorry to miss the tea party! What a lovey idea, and so much fun to visit all the links. Not sure if I can think of something artsy/crafty in time to join this one, but I will check out all the links for sure! Thanks!

I will be looking for the magazine straight away. Would they have it at Barnes and Noble, or Archiver's? I can't wait to get a copy! Congratulations - such an honor. Also, your new creations are beautiful. As I mentioned in my last comment to you, I am so excited to visit your booth at Junk Market. You are so talented!
